Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: 1. For our standard product, MOQ is 5 pcs.
2. For custom design, MOQ is 10 pcs.If no special materials,such as new casting bench ends,welded wire cloth,etc are required.
Q: In addition to camphor solid wood,do you use other solid wood ?
A: We mainly use camphor solid wood. Burma teak, Merbau, Iroko, Jatoba,ash,and beech wood are also available. Two finishes for timber slats: outdoor painting and outdoor wood oil brushed(The benefits of this include, low maintenance,higher weather resistant quality)
Q: Do you offer door to door shipping service?
A: Yes! Convenient shipping supports can be offered when needed. We can offer "door to door" shipping service if you don't have your own forwarder. We have been trying to make business operation easier for the client.
Q:Do you offer custom design?
A: Of course! We will be happy to provide you with a quote on any unique requirements you may have if supplied with photos,drawings and specifications. Dimensions and colors of our standard products are also customizable.
Q: What is the warranty of Gavin products?
A: 1. One full year against material and workmanship defects.
2. Some of the products are with two years' warranty.
3. Misuse,neglect or alteration of product is not covered under this warranty.
Q:What is Trade Assurance ?
A:Trade Assurance is a free payment protection service for buyers. The service is offered by participating suppliers, and is designed to protect your payment if your order is not shipped on time or if the pre-shipment product quality (optional) does not match the terms agreed on your contract. We supports Trade Assurance.
